This role oversees implementation of Infor CloudSuite, working closely with all levels of project stakeholders and executive leadership to ensure structured, policy-aligned, and performance-driven outcomes. The ERP Program Manager serves as a subject matter expert of systems, integrations, and processes associated with enterprise fiscal and human resource management used by all divisions and agencies of Frederick County Government. The position leads the governance and portfolio management of technical fiscal administration to ensure audit, reporting, and data driven decisions. The ERP Program Manager provides business process analysis and recommends areas of improvement along with developing a truly resilient ERP landscape, going beyond that of Infor. This job class will hold the appropriate level of authority and accountability to make decisions and may directly or indirectly supervise employees and contractors, conduct purchasing solicitations, contract reviews, and implement projects from initiation to closing within the ERP project portfolio and its operations. This role works closely with the IIT Project Management Office (PMO) and receives supervision from the CIO.\n\nNOTE: The upper pay range reflects possible wage rates for internal County transfers and promotions, which are calculated per County policy.
