Solventless Extraction Technician (3rd Shift) Location: Camden, Michigan Employment Type: Full-Time Shift: Third Shift (Overnight) Position Summary We are seeking a disciplined, detail-oriented Solventless Extraction Technician to operate a bubble hash washing system on our overnight production shift. This role is responsible for executing high-quality ice water hash production in accordance with established SOPs, safety standards, and regulatory requirements. The ideal candidate understands that solventless production is precision work — temperature control, timing, cleanliness, and documentation all matter. This is a hands-on manufacturing role in a regulated cannabis environment. Core Responsibilities Operate and monitor bubble hash washing equipment during overnight production runs Execute ice water extraction procedures in strict compliance with internal SOPs Maintain precise temperature control, wash cycles, and filtration protocols Collect, label, and stage hash for freeze drying and post-processing Clean and sanitize equipment and workspace before, during, and after production Complete required batch records and METRC documentation accurately and in real time Monitor product quality and immediately report deviations Assist with freeze dryer loading/unloading as needed Maintain strict hygiene and contamination-prevention standards Support continuous improvement initiatives to increase yield and quality Required Qualifications 1+ year experience in cannabis production, extraction, or manufacturing preferred Familiarity with solventless extraction or bubble hash production strongly preferred Ability to follow detailed SOPs without deviation Strong attention to detail and consistency Ability to lift 50+ lbs repeatedly (wet biomass and ice loads) Comfortable working in cold and wet environments Reliable attendance — third shift requires consistency and self-discipline Must meet all Michigan cannabis regulatory employment requirements Preferred Skills Experience operating commercial washing systems (e.g., Osprey, PurePressure, or similar) Understanding of trichome maturity and quality grading Experience with freeze dryers and post-processing workflow Knowledge of sanitation standards in regulated environments Work Environment Production facility setting Cold room operations Extended standing Overnight shift (typically 10:00 PM – 6:30 AM, subject to adjustment) Pay: From $19.00 per hour Benefits: 401(k) 401(k) matching Dental insurance Health insurance Paid time off Work Location: In person
