Applicants must submit their resume and portfolio in both Chinese and English.\n\nKey Responsibilities\n\n* Create and develop architectural models, detailed design, and construction drawings using Revit, ensuring accuracy and compliance with standards.\n* Prepare construction drawings, detail drawings, schedules, material and assembly notes, and related documentation.\n* Coordinate BIM models and perform clash detection with structural, MEP and other disciplines; coordinate resolution of model and drawing issues.\n* Maintain Revit models and family libraries (including worksets/worksharing) to ensure model quality and consistency.\n* Deliver project milestones on schedule and participate in design reviews and project meetings.\n* Assist in preparing presentation materials (plans, elevations, sections, render-ready assets).\n\nQualifications (Required)\n\n* Bilingual proficiency in Chinese and English (reading, writing, speaking).
