AI-Enabled B2B Performance Marketer
We're looking for a hands-on, client-facing B2B marketer who owns outcomes and is equally comfortable shaping strategy and executing the work to deliver it. Ideal candidates bring both in-house and agency or consulting experience, a strong multi-channel digital foundation, and a passion for client relationships. You'll deliver high-quality marketing programs blending proven fundamentals with AI-enabled approaches — translating strategy into action across channels, connecting programs to the broader plan, and driving consistent results. A self-starter mindset and commitment to evolving with the marketing landscape are a must.This role requires someone who can confidently engage with senior client stakeholders, translate business goals into actionable marketing plans, and drive execution against those plans while managing priorities, budgets, and internal resources. You'll be expected to work autonomously and make decisions with confidence, while collaborating closely with a supportive team as needed.This is a remote position with quarterly in-person meetings in the greater Boston area.At a High Level, This Role Requires:
Managing a portfolio of clients, each with varying priorities and goals
Translating high-level strategy into clear, actionable execution plans
Prioritizing the allocation of time, budget, and resources to achieve goals and impactful outcomes
Leading client conversations with confidence, including making recommendations based on best practices and marketing experience
Coordinating internal specialists while maintaining ownership of outcomes
Executing in areas of strengthKey Responsibilities:
Owning the development and execution of digital and demand generation programs aligned to client goals and budgets
Managing and leading client relationships, including day-to-day communication and strategic guidance
Managing relationships and communicating project progress and requirements with internal and client audiences
Pulling monthly performance metrics and conducting metrics analysis to inform client program recommendations and campaign optimizations
Providing hands-on execution of inbound and outbound digital marketing efforts, including paid media, account-based programs, partner or channel campaigns, and marketing automation
Managing and optimizing client websites via WordPress or other CMS
Drafting, scheduling and publishing social media plans/programs
Developing and managing email and integrated campaigns (e.g. webinars, nurturing programs, event promotions)
Collaborating with internal specialists on additional facets of digital marketing, such as paid search, to support integrated programs
Proactively identifying gaps, opportunities, and next steps, and pushing programs forward without waiting for direction
Supporting budget tracking and reporting in collaboration with account and strategy leads
Driving monthly execution plans and supporting delivery against defined client retainers
Leverage leading generative AI tools to improve efficiency, quality, and consistency across marketing execution, while maintaining strong editorial judgment and human oversight

Has 5-7 years of B2B marketing experience, including agency or consulting environments
Has been directly client-facing with senior stakeholders (e.g., CEO, COO, founders)
Is a marketing generalist with depth and brings proven experience across multiple channels, not just exposure
Can confidently connect strategy to execution and operate autonomously
Has strong presence and can lead client conversations
Is highly organized and able to manage multiple workstreams without sacrificing quality
Is comfortable making confident decisions in ambiguous situations and keeping work moving forward
Is hands-on and executes in areas of strength
Uses AI as a force multiplier to improve quality and efficiencyRequirements:
Bachelor’s degree or higher level of education
5-7 years of prior experience in B2B marketing roles
