Hospitality & Real Estate Operations Manager
Job DescriptionSGS Holdings Group is seeking a highly organized and proactive Hospitality & Real Estate Operations Manager to support leadership across a growing portfolio of hospitality, restaurant, entertainment, and real estate ventures. This role works closely with ownership and management teams on a wide range of initiatives including restaurant operations, hospitality development, commercial real estate projects, investor coordination, scheduling, project tracking, and day-to-day operational execution. The ideal candidate has experience supporting fast-moving hospitality, restaurant, real estate, development, construction, or entrepreneurial environments and is comfortable balancing executive coordination with hands-on operational support across multiple active projects. This position plays a critical role in helping leadership stay organized, keeping projects moving forward, coordinating communication across teams, and supporting operational execution across multiple ventures and properties. This role also incorporates the use of AI tools and emerging workflow platforms to streamline operations, assist with organization and project management, improve communication workflows, and support operational efficiency across projects. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys working with modern tools, thrives in fast-paced environments, and wants exposure to hospitality, restaurant, entertainment, and real estate operations within a growing entrepreneurial platform.Key ResponsibilitiesCalendar & Scheduling ManagementCoordinate and manage leadership calendars.Schedule meetings, calls, property walkthroughs, vendor meetings, and follow-ups with internal and external stakeholdersSend calendar invites, confirm attendees, and ensure meeting logistics are organizedTrack scheduling conflicts and proactively help maintain an efficient calendar flowAssist with prioritization and coordination across multiple simultaneous initiatives and timelinesMeeting Coordination & NotesAttend calls and meetings to take organized notes and track follow-throughCapture key decisions, action items, deadlines, and operational updatesDistribute summaries and ensure next steps are tracked and communicatedUtilize AI-assisted tools when appropriate to help generate, refine, and organize meeting summaries and operational notesHospitality & Real Estate Operations SupportAssist with coordination across hospitality, restaurant, and real estate projectsSupport operational tracking related to property development, tenant coordination, construction, vendor communication, and project timelinesHelp organize materials related to acquisitions, development projects, hospitality operations, and investor communicationsCoordinate with architects, contractors, consultants, operators, ownership groups, and external stakeholders as neededAssist with organization of project files, contracts, budgets, meeting notes, and operational trackersSupport leadership across restaurant, hospitality, mixed-use development, and asset management initiativesAssist with operational coordination across properties, venues, and active business venturesOperational & Administrative SupportAssist with email coordination and follow-ups related to meetings, projects, and operational initiativesAssist in maintaining organized trackers for meetings, contacts, vendors, deadlines, and action itemsHelp prepare materials for calls, meetings, presentations, and investor discussionsAssist with general administrative tasks to support project execution and leadership organizationSupport digital organization and filing systems, including leveraging AI tools to improve information management and workflow efficiencyProject SupportHelp track tasks across multiple ongoing projects and ensure timelines and priorities remain organizedFollow up with team members on pending items, deliverables, and deadlinesAssist with maintaining organization across documents, notes, operational updates, and communicationsSupport the creation of materials and deliverables across projects, including presentations, PDFs, marketing decks, and operational documents (e.g., Canva, Google Slides, PowerPoint)Assist in building and formatting documents, trackers, and workflows using tools such as Google Workspace, Microsoft Office, and CanvaProvide hands-on operational support by helping execute tasks and outputs—not just tracking them—across active initiativesTechnology & AI ProficiencyStrong proficiency with AI tools such as ChatGPT, Claude, Claude CoWork, Claude Code, Gemini, Grok, and/or similar platformsAbility to integrate AI into scheduling, operational coordination, document organization, meeting summaries, workflow management, and project executionFamiliarity with emerging AI tools and workflow automation platforms that improve operational efficiency across hospitality and real estate projectsComfortable learning and adopting new technology platforms and operational systemsQualifications2–5+ years of experience supporting executives, operations teams, developers, ownership groups, hospitality companies, restaurant groups, commercial real estate firms, or related entrepreneurial businessesStrong calendar management, scheduling, and organizational skillsExcellent note-taking and operational follow-through abilitiesAbility to manage multiple priorities and shifting timelines simultaneouslyStrong written and verbal communication skillsComfortable operating in a fast-paced, entrepreneurial environmentProficiency with tools such as Google Workspace, Microsoft Office, Zoom,
