Tax Manager

We're looking for a Tax Manager who brings technical expertise, a passion for client service, and strong leadership skills to help guide our growing team at our client in Chandler, Arizona.This position has a base salary of $120,000 -$150,000.Responsibilities include:Prepare and review complex individual, corporate, partnership, and trust tax returnsLead client engagements and maintain strong, ongoing client relationshipsProvide strategic tax planning and consulting for high-net-worth individuals and businessesSupervise, train, and mentor tax staff and seniorsResearch tax issues and present findings to clients and partnersEnsure compliance with federal, state, and local tax regulations Qualifications: Bachelor in Accounting, Masters in tax a plusCPA license required6+ years of recent public accounting experience, with at least 2 years in a supervisory roleStrong technical knowledge in individual, corporate, and partnership taxationExcellent communication and organizational skillsExperience with tax research tools and tax preparation softwareCommitment to client service and collaborative team success
