The role involves assisting customers with parts inquiries, managing inventory levels, ensuring accurate inventory control, and providing exceptional customer support. Day-to-day responsibilities include identifying customer needs, processing orders, organizing stock, and collaborating with service teams to ensure efficient parts delivery.
