This role is committed to enhancing service delivery and providing exceptional customer service to students, faculty, staff, and external constituents.The position is responsible for: Processing re-admission applications and issuing formal notifications to students regarding admission decisions. Managing cross-registration applications and maintaining effective working relationships with Virginia Tidewater Consortium institutions. Processing academic record updates, including major changes, address changes, name changes, and drop/add forms. This role supports institutional integrity by safeguarding academic records, ensuring regulatory compliance, and facilitating efficient administrative operations within the Registrar's Office.KSA's and or Competencies required to successfully perform the work:Communication and customer service skillsManaging priorities and deadlinesTeamwork and professionalismInterpersonal skillsProficient in Colleague, SoftDocs, Microsoft Suite and CourseDogAdaptability and flexibilityDependableMinimum QualificationsBachelor's degree and one year of experience/or four (4) years of administrative experiences.Additional ConsiderationsCurrent Notary Public or willingness to obtain.
