Your leadership will directly influence both our success and our clients’ success.Responsibilities:Program LeadershipOwn the delivery and success of multiple, complex Salesforce programs from vision through value realization.Lead and motivate cross-functional teams, ensuring alignment, focus, and momentum toward program goals.Serve as the primary point of accountability for program results, building credibility and trust with executive stakeholders.Execution & Problem-SolvingAnticipate risks and issues before they become blockers; pivot quickly and decisively to keep delivery on track.Remove obstacles for the team — whether through direct intervention, decision facilitation, or creative solutioning.Ensure clarity on priorities, timelines, and outcomes across all workstreams.Customer PartnershipBuild and maintain strong relationships with client stakeholders, acting as a trusted advisor and strategic partner.Communicate progress, challenges, and solutions with transparency and confidence.Influence customer decision-making to drive adoption and measurable business outcomes.Operational ExcellenceMaintain a sharp focus on program objectives, delivering results on time, within budget, and to scope.Apply industry best practices and adapt methodologies to meet program needs.Drive continuous improvement by capturing lessons learned and integrating them into future programs.Qualifications:5+ years of experience leading technology projects, with at least 3 years delivering Salesforce implementations or consulting services.Proven track record of taking full ownership of program outcomes, not just project plans.Thrives in dynamic, fast-paced environments with shifting priorities.Strong knowledge of Salesforce platform capabilities (Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, and other core solutions).Exceptional relationship-building and communication skills with executives, technical teams, and end users.History of stepping beyond formal responsibilities to solve problems and remove roadblocks.Familiarity with project management methodologies and tools (Agile, Waterfall, JIRA, or similar).Salesforce certifications (e.g., Salesforce Administrator, Advanced Administrator, or Project Management certifications) are preferred.Bachelor’s degree in Business, Information Technology, or related field; advanced degree a plus.Benefits and Perks: We believe that great people deserve great support.
