Apply via Dice today!SAP HCM SuccessFactors Talent LeadRemoteJob DescriptionThe Manager, Talent Acquisition Systems will be responsible for leading and executing the technical strategy, configuration, and continuous improvements of SAP SuccessFactors and SmartRecruiters. This role manages a team of professionals supporting Recruiting and Onboarding products. Collaboration across engineering, cyber, IT partner and vendor / contractor teams require project or support based people leader responsibilities. Performing hands-on application configuration and testing is needed besides cross-teams collaboration for enhancement development, reporting/analytics and security requirements for holistic solutions.ResponsibilitiesTechnical solution ownership for Recruiting and Onboarding solutionsEngage with business partners to understand strategy, objectives and needs for processes in scopeCollaborate with vendor, business partner, engineering and IT teams to provide solutions based on requirementsLead and participate in virtual as well as in-person meetingsArchitect and implement holistic as well as support existing solutionsPerform system configuration in support of business needsProvide innovative solutions beyond system limitationsManage and execute project activities for applications/modules in scopeProvide day-to-day support for applications/modules (tickets, vendor release adoption, IT governance tasks, enhancements, etc.)Ability to navigate SAP HCM OM/PA modules for Talent Management specific data, understand and create RICEF specificationsContinuously review and optimize existing SAP HCM, SuccessFactors, SmartRecruiters integrationsLead, coach, and develop a team of HR/IT professionals supporting applications/modules in scopeAll other duties as assignedQualificationsBachelor’s Degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, IT, Engineering, or other relevant field; or equivalent professional experience.7+ years Technical Experience with 2+ year of People Management experience7+ years of delivering high-quality HR/IT solutions and related project/support work7+ years experience with core HR systems (SuccessFactors, SAP HCM) and employee life cycle management (hire-to-retire)7+ years of experience with SaaS HR solutions, specifically SuccessFactors and SmartRecruiters7+ years of experience in requirements gathering techniques, solution modeling, and documentationStrong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environmentStrong foundational knowledge of HR Talent Acquisition processesExcellent SuccessFactors-related project/task management skills with a track record of successful deliveryStrong people leadership competencies (inspire, motivate, guide)Proven ability to collaborate across IT and HR business teams to create holistic solutionsExcellent communication skillsOccasional travel within the USA
