The role applies advanced subject matter knowledge to solve complex business issues, and leverages it to drive innovation and technology integration. The role manages project activities, develops schedules, tracks progress against the project activities and drives best practices, while leading less-experienced staff members.\n\nResponsibilities\n\nActs as primary point of contact for all requests supporting Factory Services.\n\nActs as the customer interface for all Factory Service requests, regularly communicating with customers & sales teams to ensure flawless execution of customer's requests\n\nManages strategic projects to allow for more efficient processes\n\nActs as team leads to gain experience/skillset in leadership activities, regularly reporting business results/strategic plans to Director/VP level leadership\n\nManages and leads a program involving multiple functions and project teams to drive the engineering development and implementation process for Factory Service offerings\n\nOversees logistics of parts for builds and prototypes and works on multiple projects, simultaneously.\n\nDevelops and directs development of schedules, critical deliverables, for assigned customer requests\n\nManages activities of supporting project teams and internal development partners; ensures progress against established plan and makes determinations based on analysis of business information to alter or update schedule and resource allocation to meet product requirements and development schedule.\n\nCommunicates program progress, escalations, and issue analysis to product stakeholders; collaborates with management and internal manufacturing and development partners to recommend and implement changes to product, processes, or business practices to resolve escalated issues, produce solutions, and ensure adherence to budgets and established product roadmaps and schedules.\n\nFollows up on open points/actions that were observed during customer requests; ensures conveyed as actionable items.\n\nDrives innovation and integration of new technologies and quality initiatives into projects and activities in the manufacturing and/or engineering organization.\n\nDrives best practices through documentation control policies and procedures.\n\nLeads and provides guidance and mentoring to less-experienced staff members\n\nEducation & Experience Recommended\n\nFour-year or Graduate Degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Business Administration, or any other related discipline or commensurate work experience or demonstrated competence.\n\nTypically has 4-7 years of work experience, preferably in engineering development and implementation, project planning tools and software packages, people management, or a related field.\n\nPay & Benefits\nThe pay range for this role is $93,400 to $143,800 USD annually with additional opportunities for pay in the form of bonus and/or equity (applies to United States of America candidates only).
