Personal Injury Trial Paralegal - Miami Lakes

Job Description Note: This position requires employees to be on-site five days a week at our clients Miami Lakes, FL office. Note: The qualified candidate for this position must be fluent in English and Spanish, have at least 3 years of litigation experience, and experience in personal injury law. Job Description * Support trial attorneys throughout the litigation and trial process * Maintain ongoing communication with clients, providing updates and gathering information * Manage case schedules, track deadlines, and coordinate depositions, mediations, hearings, and trials * Prepare and review pleadings, motions, discovery responses, and trial documents * Organize and maintain case files, including medical records, court filings, and correspondence * Arrange for witnesses, issue subpoenas, and assist with witness preparation * Prepare trial exhibits, notebooks, and materials; provide in-court support by managing exhibits, taking notes, and assisting attorneys * Work closely with attorneys and case managers to ensure cases proceed smoothly and efficiently Qualifications * Fluent in English and Spanish (required) * Minimum of 3 years of litigation experience (required) * Experience in personal injury law (required) * Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple deadlines * Excellent research, writing, and communication skills * Ability to work independently while contributing to a collaborative team * High level of professionalism and client service focus Why This Is a Great Opportunity * Join a highly respected law firm with a strong track record of success * Competitive pay with opportunities for career growth * Comprehensive benefits, including health coverage, retirement match, paid time off, and wellness resources * Collaborative team environment with ongoing training and development * Opportunity to work closely on complex litigation and trial matters JPC-353
