With over 30 years serving our community, we are known for delivering high-quality dentistry in a professional, supportive environment.We value clinical excellence, teamwork, and patient-centered care.Qualifications, skills, and all relevant experience needed for this role can be found in the full description below.Role DescriptionWe are seeking a full-time Registered Dental Hygienist to join our on-site team in Colorado Springs, CO.The Registered Dental Hygienist will be responsible for delivering comprehensive preventive and periodontal care while collaborating closely with doctors and team members to ensure optimal patient outcomes.Responsibilities include:Performing dental prophylaxis, scaling and root planing, and periodontal maintenanceConducting periodontal assessments and documenting findings accuratelyTaking and evaluating dental radiographsEducating patients on oral hygiene and preventive careIdentifying periodontal conditions and co-diagnosing with the doctorMaintaining accurate and detailed patient recordsAdhering to infection control and OSHA guidelinesContributing to a positive, team-oriented work environmentQualificationsCurrent Colorado Registered Dental Hygienist license in good standingStrong clinical skills in preventive and periodontal therapyExcellent xaygatp communication and patient education skillsAbility to collaborate effectively with doctors and team membersDetail-oriented with strong documentation habitsCommitment to patient safety and high clinical standardsCompensation & Benefits$48–$57 per hour, based on experienceFull-time positionPaid time offPaid holidaysContinuing education supportSupportive and professional team environment
