Base pay range $160,000.00/yr - $220,000.00/yr Job Title: Litigation Associate (Remote – California) Location: Remote (Must be barred in California) Compensation: $150,000 – $200,000 DoE About the Role: We are seeking a skilled and motivated Litigation Associate to join a fast growing litigation team. This is a fully remote position open to attorneys barred in California with strong experience handling general liability matters. The ideal candidate will have a solid background in all phases of litigation and a desire to take ownership of cases in a collaborative, flexible work environment. The ideal Litigation Attorney will possess the following: 5+ years of defense litigation experience. Experience in different practice areas - general liability, product liability, commercial litigation, personal injury, and construction law. Experience in all phases of discovery, including written discovery and depositions. Process-oriented mindset, with proven ability to meet deadlines. Ability to foster strong relationships with potential clients while maintaining excellent services for existing clients. Ability to collaborate effectively with colleagues across departments and offices, contributing to a cohesive and supportive team environment Excellent interpersonal skills, oral advocacy, writing skills, and motivation. Strong attention to detail, highly organized & has impeccable communication skills. JD from an accredited law school.
