Communication is the heart of it, and that is where most of your day will live.Patient Communication and Relationship Management (your primary focus)Serve as the main point of contact for patients across phone, portal, and in-person interactionsManage a high volume of patient messages with clarity, warmth, and timeliness, with a standard of 24 business-hour responseDe-escalate concerns and guide difficult conversations toward solutionsBuild relationships over time so patients feel known and supported, not processedNotice when a patient needs a check-in, a clarifying call, or a small extra step that turns a good experience into a great oneScheduling and Care CoordinationManage provider schedules across both practices, including new patient onboarding, follow-ups, and proceduresCoordinate appointments, labs, imaging, specialty referrals, and outside recordsTrack outstanding orders, results, and next steps so nothing slips between visitsAnticipate clinic flow and adjust proactively when the day shifts (and it will)Ensure each patient leaves a visit knowing exactly what comes next and whenClinical Support and Lab WorkGreet patients warmly, room them, obtain vitals, and update intake informationPrepare charts and ensure providers are set up for focused, productive visitsSupport lab ordering through Labcorp, Quest, and Vibrant America, including specimen handling and trackingPerform phlebotomy after training, with expected proficiency and a calm bedside mannerCoordinate diagnostics and outside referrals through to resolution, not just hand-offDocumentation, Systems, and Team CollaborationMaintain accurate, timely documentation in our EHR (Cerbo)Use Spruce for patient communication and keep all threads clean and currentUphold HIPAA compliance and patient confidentiality without exceptionCollaborate closely with providers and teammates across both practices, communicating proactively and closing every loopContribute to a calm, organized clinical environment where patients and coworkers both feel at easeReceive feedback as part of how we get better together, and act on it quicklyWhat We Need From YouTwo or more years of experience as a Medical Assistant or in a similar healthcare roleStrong written and verbal communication skillsHigh emotional intelligence, especially under pressureExcellent organization and follow-throughWillingness and ability to perform phlebotomy confidently after trainingComfort with EHR systems and standard office softwareHelpful but not required: existing phlebotomy experience, integrative or functional medicine background, experience with membership or relationship-based care models.Schedule, Location, and PayIn-person in Centennial, COMonday through Friday, 7:00 AM to 4:00 PM, with a 45-minute lunch$23.00 to $28.00 per hour, based on experiencePaid time off and holidays, health and dental benefits, 401(k) with matching where applicableHow to ApplyPlease submit your resume, a brief cover letter, and a short video.The video is required because we are a relationship-driven practice.
