Laboratory Services Manager
OverviewThe Laboratory Services Manager leads the day-to-day operations of a microbiological and/or chemical laboratory at a single site. This role ensures the accuracy, compliance, and quality of testing services delivered to a local customer base. The Manager is fully accountable for quality, customer satisfaction, people leadership, financial performance, and workflow management within the lab.Operating with a strong general manager mindset, this leader balances scientific rigor with business acumen and brings an entrepreneurial approach to site leadership.
