School Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP/CFY)

A school district in the Williamsburg, Virginia area is seeking a dedicated Speech-Language Pathologist to join its student support team for a full-time opportunity. This position is open to both experienced clinicians and Clinical Fellowship Year (CFY) candidates, with supervision and mentorship available for qualified applicants. Responsibilities: Conduct speech and language screenings, evaluations, and assessments Develop and implement individualized treatment plans aligned with student goals and educational needs Provide direct therapy services in individual and small group settings Participate in IEP meetings and maintain required documentation and compliance records Collaborate with teachers, families, and multidisciplinary teams to support student progress Address communication needs related to articulation, language, fluency, social communication, and other speech-language areas Qualifications: Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology Active Virginia SLP license or eligibility to obtain licensure CFY candidates encouraged to apply Supervision and mentorship available for Clinical Fellows Previous school or pediatric experience preferred but not required Strong communication and collaboration skills Employment Type: Full-Time, Contract Schedule: Monday-Friday | School Hours Why Apply?
