The Program Manager for TULA (Trillium Ultimate Living Assistant), leads the day-to-day operations and growth of the TULA program, providing supervision and support to a team of Program Specialists while ensuring exceptional service delivery. This role partners closely with the Program Director to drive program success through leadership, community engagement, marketing, event coordination, and performance management.
