Our work environment includes: Growth opportunities for the right candidate Safe work environment Company perks Role and Responsibilities · Perform all job-related tasks in compliance with all company policies, procedures, and safety requirements. · Safely operate and maintain hand and power tools, such as, weed eaters, edgers, and blowers as assigned. · Perform assigned landscape maintenance tasks, such as, mowing, edging, and pruning while supervising assigned crew and monitoring job completion. · Work to ensure quality and timely completion of all tasks assigned. · Participate in training programs as required. · Work outside in various weather conditions that may be hot, cold, wet, or turbulent. · Work in environments with unusually loud noise levels, requiring hearing protection. · Professional customer communication. · Notify Management of any areas that are unsafe or cannot be serviced for the day. · Obey and observe all traffic laws while operating equipment. · Use equipment in a safe and productive manner while avoiding damage to other people’s property. · Perform inspection daily of his/her equipment to notice any potential equipment malfunction. · Ensure all safeguards and safety items are being used and operated by the user. · Wear all safety gear required by Fisher Residential Services. · Ensure 100% completion of assigned services and tasks. · Adhere to company policies and breaks. · Maintains high standards of accuracy in exercising duties and responsibilities. · Perform any other duties as assigned. Qualifications and Education Requirements · Candidates must be hardworking, detail-oriented, and have a strong work ethic with a desire to grow with the company. · At least 1 year of experience landscaping for residential or commercial properties servicing 15 to 20 properties per day. · Great physical health and stamina. · Must be able to stand, bend, and squat for extended periods. · Must be able to enter and exit a vehicle numerous time a day. · Must have the endurance necessary to perform these duties throughout a standard 10-hour day. · Must be able to lift up to 50 pounds Repetitively. Preferred Skills · Ability to learn routes and properties with the goal of moving into route supervisor or GM role. · Show strong supervisory skills with a focus on efficient service, professional customer communication and employee moral.
