Ltd.Location: South DelhiDuration: 6 MonthsStipend: ₹20,000 per monthRole OverviewWe are looking for a dynamic Talent Acquisition Intern who will support the end-to-end recruitment lifecycle (Hire to Exit), especially for remote and field-based roles across multiple locations. The candidate will gain hands-on experience in sourcing, hiring, onboarding, and employee lifecycle management.Key Responsibilities (Hire To Exit)Talent AcquisitionSource candidates through job portals, especially Naukri, internal databases, and referencesScreen resumes and conduct initial HR interviewsCoordinate interviews with hiring managersManage bulk hiring for remote and field roles (sales, operations, warehouse, etc.)Ensure timely closure of open positions (TAT-driven hiring)Remote Hiring FocusHandle recruitment for Tier 2, Tier 3, and rural locationsUtilize innovative sourcing methods for hard-to-reach geographiesMaintain strong follow-ups to reduce dropouts and no-showsOnboarding & JoiningCoordinate offer rollout and documentationEnsure smooth onboarding and joining experienceTrack joining vs. offer ratioEmployee Lifecycle (Exit Support)Maintain employee records and documentationAssist in exit formalities (F&F coordination, documentation)Conduct/assist in exit interviews and data trackingStakeholder CoordinationWork closely with hiring managers and regional teamsShare regular hiring updates and reportsKey Result Areas (KRAs)Position Closure Efficiency: Achieve defined hiring targets within TATSource Effectiveness: High-quality hiring via Naukri and alternative channelsOffer to Joining Ratio: Maintain strong conversion ratesDropout Management: Minimize candidate drop-offs in remote hiringData Accuracy: Maintain accurate recruitment trackers and MIS reportsHiring for Remote Locations: Ensure consistent hiring pipeline for rural/field rolesCandidate Experience: Deliver smooth and professional hiring experienceSkills RequiredHands-on experience or familiarity with Naukri.com portal (mandatory)Strong communication and interpersonal skillsAbility to handle bulk hiring and remote hiring challengesGood understanding of recruitment lifecycleMS Excel / Google Sheets proficiencyHigh ownership, follow-up skills, and attention to detailAbility to work in a fast-paced startup environmentPreferred QualificationsPursuing or recently completed MBA/PGDM in HR or related fieldPrior internship or exposure in Talent Acquisition is a plusWhat You Will GainEnd-to-end exposure to Hire-to-Exit HR lifecyclePractical experience in remote and rural hiring strategyHands-on experience with recruitment tools and stakeholder managementOpportunity to work in a high-growth startup environment
