The Associate Principal will be a team player and work well with business, technical and non-technical professionals in a project environment.\r\nPrimary Duties and ResponsibilitiesActively participates in design of highly performing, scalable, secure, reliable and cost optimized solutions.\r\nPrimarily responsibility is application design and development of next gen clearing applications for business requirements in agreed architecture framework and Agile environment\r\nThoroughly analyzes requirements, develops, tests, and documents software quality to ensure proper implementation.\r\nFollows agreed upon SDLC procedures to ensure that all information system products and services meet: both explicit and implicit quality standards, end-user functional requirements, architectural standards, performance requirements, audit requirements, security rules are upheld, and external facing reporting is properly represented.\r\nPerforms thorough code-reviews based on high engineering standards\r\nWrites unit and integration tests based on chosen DevOps frameworks.\r\nPerforms application and project risk analysis and recommends quality improvements.\r\nAssists Production Support by providing advice on system functionality and fixes as required.\r\nCommunicates in a clear and concise manner all time delays or defects in the software immediately to appropriate team members and management.\r\nAssist with departmental and new employee training.\r\nExperience integrating modelling libraries required. Experience preferred with AWS foundational services like VPCs, Security groups, EC2, RDS, S3 ACLs, KMS, AWS CLI and IAM etc.\r\nExperience with high speed distributed computing frameworks involving MapReduce techniques like Apache Spark, Kafka Streams, Apache Flink etc. is a plus.\r\nMust be able to write good quality code with 90% or above unit and integration tests coverage. Experience with testing frameworks like Junit, Citrus is desirable.\r\nExperience working with various types of databases like Relational, NoSQL, Object-based, Graph.\r\nExperience following Git workflows is required.\r\nWorking knowledge of DevOps tools.
