The ideal candidate will have a strong background in implementing Appian solutions and will be responsible for designing, developing, and deploying enterprise-level applications on the Appian platform. This role requires travel onshore, so a valid passport is essential.JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:Solution Design: Lead the design and architecture of Appian-based solutions to meet business requirements, ensuring alignment with enterprise standards and best practices.Implementation: Oversee the end-to-end implementation of Appian solutions, including development, configuration, integration, and deployment.Technical Leadership: Provide technical leadership to development teams, guiding them in Appian best practices, design patterns, and coding standards.Stakeholder Engagement: Collaborate with business stakeholders, project managers, and other technical teams to gather requirements, propose solutions, and ensure successful project delivery.Documentation: Prepare and maintain comprehensive documentation, including architecture designs, technical specifications, and user guides.Quality Assurance: Conduct code reviews, testing, and performance optimization to ensure the quality and efficiency of delivered solutions.Training & Support: Train end-users and other team members on Appian solutions and related technologies.Travel: Willingness to travel onshore as required to collaborate with global teams and clients.JOB QUALIFICATIONS:Proven experience in designing and implementing Appian solutions in a complex enterprise environment.Strong knowledge of Appian architecture, components, and integration capabilities. Familiarity with Java, SQL, Web Services, and other related technologies.I have demonstrated ability to lead technical teams and manage project deliverables.Appian certifications are highly desirable.Experience in financial services, healthcare, or another regulated industry is a plus.Must have a valid passport and be willing to travel onshore as needed.SOFT SKILLS:Excellent verbal and written communication skills Excellent interpersonal and conflict resolution skills.
