Essential QualificationsHigh School Diploma or equivalent.Strong attention to detail and ability to follow instructions.Good hand-eye coordination and manual dexterity.Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.Strong communication skills and teamwork attitude. Desired ExperiencePrevious experience in assembly, manufacturing, or a related field is preferred but not required.Familiarity with military hardware assembly is a plus.
