Lead Daycare Teacher

Responsibilities: - Create and implement age-appropriate lesson plans and activities for children - Provide a safe and nurturing environment for children to learn and grow - Supervise and engage children in educational and play activities - Monitor and manage children's behavior to ensure a positive and respectful classroom environment - Collaborate with other teachers and staff to plan and coordinate daily activities - Communicate with parents regarding their child's progress and any concerns Qualifications: - An experienced educator - Knowledge of behavior management techniques and classroom management strategies - Ability to create engaging and interactive lesson plans for young children - Strong communication skills, both verbal and written - Patience, compassion, and a genuine love for working with children Job Type: Full-time Pay: $13.00 - $16.00 per hour Benefits: 401(k) Dental insurance Flexible schedule Health insurance Paid time off Professional development assistance Vision insurance Schedule: 8 hour shift Monday to Friday Work Location: In person
