The ideal candidate will be responsible for optimizing processes, documenting technical procedures, managing projects, and developing training materials for our submetering solutions.\r\nResponsibilitiesProcess Design and OptimizationAnalyze, design, and optimize processes related to the installation, maintenance, and operation of submetering systems.\r\nIdentify areas for improvement and implement process enhancements to increase efficiency and reduce costs.\r\nDevelop and maintain standard operating procedures (SOPs) for all processes.Data AnalysisCreate engineered models using data obtained from the field and from service providers.\r\nCreate client-facing reports using engineered calculations and analysis.Technical WritingCreate comprehensive technical documentation, including user manuals, installation guides, and maintenance procedures.\r\nEnsure all documentation is clear, concise, and easily understood by both technical and non-technical stakeholders.\r\nCollaborate with engineering and product development teams to gather necessary information for documentation.Learning Management System DevelopmentDesign and develop a comprehensive learning management system (LMS) for training employees and clients on submetering solutions.\r\nCreate training materials, including video tutorials, e-learning modules, and interactive content.\r\nManage the implementation and ongoing maintenance of the LMS, ensuring it meets the needs of all users.Research and DevelopmentStay updated on the latest technologies, trends, and best practices in submetering and energy management.\r\nInnovate and improve existing submetering solutions to enhance efficiency and performance.\r\nCollaborate with the R&D team to develop new products and features.RequirementsProven experience in process engineering, technical writing, project management, and LMS development.\r\nProficiency in using project management software (e.g., JIRA) and technical writing tools.\r\nExcellent project management and organizational skills.\r\nStrong analytical and problem‑solving abilities.\r\nEffective communication and interpersonal skills.\r\nAbility to work independently and as part of a team.Preferred Requirements\r\nTo succeed in this job, we are looking for people who haveEmpathy: Ability to understand the user's perspective and anticipate their needs.\r\nCuriosity: Willingness to learn and understand new technologies and concepts.\r\nPatience: Ability to work through complex information and present it clearly.\r\nAttention to Detail: Ensuring accuracy and completeness in documentation.\r\nAdaptability: Flexibility to adjust documentation based on feedback and changes in technology.$25 - $27 an hour\r\nMetergy’s recruitment process includes accommodation for applicants with disabilities.
