That’s why our teams are comprised of compassionate, dedicated professionals from a variety of backgrounds who collaborate to provide the very best evidence-based care for our clients at all levels of care.\nProgram Dietitian - ADOLS PHP Program & Young Adult IOP Program\nCompensation Range:\nProgram Dietitian: $31.48 - $44.89\nFinal compensation offered will be within pay range based on qualifications/experience met for position.\nSchedule:\n1.0 FTE, 40hrs/wk, with a schedule to be developed around the ADOLS PHP & Young Adult IOP program schedules of 11:00 - 7:00pm Monday through Thursday and 8:00am to 4:00pm on Fridays.\nHow Program Dietitians Empower Recovery:\nConducts nutrition assessments for all assigned patients in accordance with policy and procedures and in compliance with all regulatory standard\nProvides individualized nutrition therapy to all assigned patients.\nConducts nutrition assessments for all assigned patients in accordance with policy and procedures and in compliance with all regulatory standards.\nProvides group nutrition education as assigned.\nSupports plating and provides active meal coaching/support for clients in Therapeutic Supported Meals as assigned.\nContributes to multidisciplinary case conceptualization and treatment planning.\nProvides nutrition specific transition/aftercare planning for all patients including communication with internal and external dietitians to ensure coordination of care.\nDocuments all nutrition care in a clear, concise, and professional manner using the EHR, in compliance with policies and procedures and regulatory standards.\nQualifications:\nRegistered Dietitian credential required.\nCurrent license in the state of employment (when a state has licensure for dietitians) required\nServSafe Food Handler certification required\nAdditional food safety certification as required by the state or municipality\nWhat We Offer: (Benefits Offered with Full Time positions)\nMedical - Blue Cross Blue Shield.
