Let's see if we're a match!Job Overview: We are seeking a talented and experienced Motion Designer to join our dynamic creative team. The ideal candidate should have a strong background in motion graphics, a keen eye for detail, and the ability to bring ideas to life through innovative and engaging visual storytelling.Your key responsibilities will include:Create and design engaging motion graphics content for various platforms including social media, websites, and digital advertising.Create videos and animated banners, text, logo, character, or other kinds of animations to be used in videos, websites, emails, campaigns and other media.Collaborate closely with the creative team, including graphic designers, product designers, and content creators, to develop and execute concepts.Encode videos for any required format and uploading to media sources.Research and analyze best design techniques and solutions to create motion graphics.Participate in brainstorming sessions and contribute creative ideas.Manage multiple projects and ensure that those are completed according to the stipulated timeframe while effectively applying our methodology and following quality standards.Your skills and competencies:Experience working as a motion designer 3+ yearsSolid experience with AI motion-design tools and the ability to create high-quality animationsProven motion graphics and video editing experienceProfessional proficiency in Adobe After Effects, working with plugins, and expressions. Creating 3D and 2D visual effects, and has good tracking, keying, and color correction skills.
