This is a hands-on role for someone who can both generate ideas and bring them to life, quickly, consistently, and with a strong point of view. You will be responsible for building and amplifying the brand’s presence across social platforms through content that is culturally relevant, visually compelling, and unmistakably Robert Graham.Content CreationOwn end-to-end content creation: concept → shoot → edit → publishProduce high-frequency, high-quality content across Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, and emerging platformsCreate a mix of formats: styling, storytelling, behind-the-scenes, product focus, and trend-driven contentEnsure all content reflects Robert Graham’s balance of bold expression and quieter confidenceTrend & Platform IntelligenceStay ahead of trends, formats, and platform shiftsRapidly translate trends into brand-right content (not generic trend chasing)Continuously test, learn, and refine based on performanceLiaise with Paid Media resource to ensure amplification and synchronization as neededOn-the-Ground Content CaptureCapture content at events, store activations, shoots, and key brand momentsCollaborationWork cross-functionally with marketing, design, and retail teamsPartner with influencers/creators when needed to amplify reachPerformance MindsetTrack engagement, reach, and growth metricsOur Best Fit Candidate Would Have3–6 year’s experience in social media content creation (fashion/lifestyle strongly preferred)Proven ability to create engaging short-form video contentStrong editing skills (CapCut, Premiere, or similar)Deep understanding of TikTok, Instagram Reels, and content algorithmsStrong taste level—understands fashion, styling, and visual storytellingSelf-starter who can operate without heavy structureComfortable moving fast and producing consistentlyIn return, we provide an industry-competitive salary, along with a comprehensive benefits plan (medical, dental, vision) that includes a matching 401(k), Summer Fridays, generous PTO, merchandise discounts, excellent career development opportunities, and a work environment that reflects our industry leadership. Our job postings include an annual base salary range at the time of employment. The stated base salary range represents our good faith estimate as to what candidates are likely to expect, and we tailor our offers within the range based on several factors, including the selected candidate's educational and professional experience, industry knowledge, location, technical and communication skills, and other factors that may prove relevant during the selection process.
