This is a hybrid role based out of our NY headquarters.\nAs a Senior Software Engineer on Identity and User Platform, you will:\nDevelop features for the authentication, authorization, and account services at Squarespace\nWork with engineering teams across the company to enhance our identity platforms and ensure the successful adoption of best practices\nImprove the developer experience for other engineers by platformizing Identity components\nWrite testable, readable, and maintainable code\nParticipate in platform-level architecture discussions and decisions\nMentor fellow teammates on design patterns and best practices\nThis role is a good fit for you if you:\nHave 4+ years of experience developing scalable microservices-based systems using modern Java/JVM technologies\nUnderstand database schema design, caching, and scalability for Relational and NoSQL databases.
