This role is located in Pittsburgh, PA – HYBRID.\n\nIn this role, you’ll make an impact in the following ways:\nPerforms routine and non-routine client service and transactional support functions related to our Security Master process.\nProvides analytics and reporting, working to improve and automate transaction processing systems.\nProvides oversight and direction to lower-level service roles in the successful delivery of service and support.\nAnswers inquiries and resolves problems or issues.\nParticipates in straightforward product development, product enhancement and system testing to ensure that products continue to accurately and efficiently execute.\nIntegrates in-depth area knowledge with a solid understanding of industry standards and practices to provide solutions to internal and external clients.\n\nTo be successful in this role, we’re seeking the following:\nBachelor’s degree or the equivalent combination of education and experience is required\n3-5 years of total work experience is preferred\nExperience in financial services and/or operations is preferred\n\nAt BNY, our culture speaks for itself.
