Demand Supply Planning Manager

Job Description:The Supply Chain Planning Manager is responsible for leading end-to-end planning, forecasting, and inventory optimization for mobile products and devices. This role ensures alignment between demand forecasts, procurement plans, vendor capacity, and distribution execution to support growth, customer experience, and financial targets. The position acts as a critical bridge across Product, Finance, Procurement, Logistics, and 3PL partners to ensure seamless delivery of mobile devices and accessories across retail, direct fulfillment, and field channelsRequired Qualifications:Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain, Business, Finance, or related field5–8+ years of experience in supply chain planning, demand planning, or inventory managementExperience within telecom, mobile devices, or consumer electronics supply chains preferredStrong expertise in forecasting, inventory optimization, and data analyticsAdvanced Excel and experience with ERP/planning systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle)Proven ability to work cross-functionally and influence senior stakeholdersSchedule: Monday - Friday; 4 days onsite/weekKey Responsibilities:Demand & Supply Planning LeadershipInventory Optimization & Financial OwnershipCross-Functional Alignment & ExecutionPerformance Management & AnalyticsSupply Chain Strategy & Continuous Improvement
