BCforward will send official notice ahead of a confirmed start date.Expected Duration: 12 MonthsJob Type: Full Time (>=40 HRS WEEKLY) – ContractAuthorization: Must be authorized to work without sponsorship.Job Summary:Responsibilities:Validation Roadmap & Milestone Planning: Define and execute end-to-end validation milestones spanning algorithm model development, hardware testing, prototype SW validation, production SW readiness, and human factors evaluationsCross-Functional Execution: Drive alignment and execution across multiple interdependent workstreams—display hardware, testing, software, and architecture—ensuring dependencies are tracked and gaps are closedHardware & Resource Coordination: Proactively manage hardware allocation and device availability to unblock validation timelines.Risk Management & Mitigation: Continuously assess program risks and drive mitigation plans.Maintain a living risk register with clear owners, impacts, and resolution pathsStakeholder Communication: Coordinate engineering team to communicate program status—including milestone readouts, validation results, risk summaries, and decision requests—to engineering leadership and XFN stakeholders through regular reviews and executive summariesPreferred QualificationsExperience with display compensation algorithms and related image quality pipelinesFamiliarity with display technology testing methodologiesExperience managing 0-to-1 consumer device programs from prototype validation through mass production.Knowledge of AR/VR/XR display systems, including near-eye display architectures and image quality metricsMust-Have Skills3+ yrs as a TPM in HW and SW co-development programs3+ yrs in display tech, image processing, algorithm validation, or electro-optical systemsEffective executive communication + XFN experience; comfort with ambiguity and tight timelinesNice-to-have Skills.FAANG/Big Tech Experience0-to-1 consumer device programs (prototype → mass production)AR/VR/XR near-eye display architectures
