Specific tasks may vary at different workstation assignments and as different product models are manufactured.Responsibilities:* Assemble parts per work instruction into high quality product utilizing tools and fixtures* Utilize test equipment to ensure product is assembled correctly per quality expectations and other standards* Visually inspect parts and product for defects such as scratches, dents, slugs, pinched wires, etc.* Utilize workstation computer to read schedule, match parts to work orders, view work instructions, scan parts into inventory software, etc.* Adhere to safety standards* Uphold quality expectations* Train employees on procedures and techniques* Assist in defining work instructions* Housekeeping and workstation organization tasks* Other duties as assignedShift Schedule* 3rd shift hours are normally Sunday - Thursday, 9:30pm - 5:30am* Employees may have an unexpected shift assignment change to 2nd shift. 2nd shift schedule is normally Monday - Friday, 1:30pm - 9:30pm.This position requires a pre-employment drug/alcohol test and background check, which will be administered after a conditional job offer is extended. A negative drug/alcohol test result is required for employment. Refusal to take the test or a positive result may disqualify a candidate from further consideration.
