The Corporate Controller will expand and lead a solid team of 4, reporting to the VP of Finance.You have a background in manufacturing, cost accounting & inventory, multi-site operations with a combination of large & small companies, overseeing periodic close, FP&A, cash flow, and liaison to top tier external auditors. Extra points for defense industry background/DCAA & FAR or CPA/CMA. Partner with BU Presidents in continuing to scale the business, providing insights into key metrics with improved data analysis. Participate in the company's technology upgrades and implementation of business intelligence & AI tools.Our client is unique in its internal championing of process improvements, supported by Operations, Engineers and manufacturing leaders. They actually embrace change! Compensation includes a base of $170-175K + 15% bonus. You will be supported with an array of benefits, including Medical/Dental/Vision, matching 401K but... here's the best part: a daily work schedule that is flexible and... they operate on 4 tens: (4) 10-hour days!
