The ideal candidate will drive projects from closing through stabilization, working closely with both acquired businesses and our internal teams—including Finance, HR, IT, and Operations. Success in this position relies on outstanding project management skills, a hands-on approach, and the ability to collaborate effectively across functions and cultures.Key Responsibilities:- Lead and manage post-acquisition integration projects end-to-end, ensuring timely execution of deliverables.- Organize and facilitate integration meetings, set agendas, and monitor progress on action items.- Collaborate with stakeholders from both acquired organizations and Anderson Global teams.- Track deliverables, timelines, and dependencies across multiple workstreams.- Proactively follow up on outstanding tasks, ensuring accountability at every stage.- Identify and escalate risks or bottlenecks, and suggest solutions where possible.- Continuously improve integration playbooks and processes.- Provide regular status updates and reporting to senior leadership.Ideal Working Style:- Hands-on, execution-driven, and adaptable in fast-paced environments.- Confident advocating for progress while nurturing collaborative relationships.- Balances structured project management with flexibility to adjust as situations evolve.Requirements:- 3–4 years of relevant post-college professional experience, ideally in strategy consulting, operations, or corporate development.- Demonstrated strength in project management and stakeholder coordination.- Comfortable leading meetings and engaging with senior, cross-functional teams.- Highly organized, detail-oriented, and proactive communicator.- Experience working across global teams and time zones.Preferred Experience:- Background in M&A, post-merger integration, or transformation projects.- Exposure to international organizations or professional/corporate services environments.The role offers a competitive salary, ranging from €32,000 to €70,000 (or $35,754 to $78,212 USD annually), depending on experience.
