Line Cook/Prep Cook Colonnade Location

We are seeking a Line Cook/Prep Cook to join our team immediately! Kitchen hours of operations are 6-3:30, Monday-Saturday, so no evenings/nights or Sundays! This position also qualifies for tip share, which the average full time employee is making more than $5 an hour in tips! Position Responsibilities Preparing high quality food to order for our patrons Precisely following recipe and presentation requirements to provide consistency and to meet and exceed guest expectations Executing all required prep work to ensure an orderly and efficient day. Coordinating multiple orders to support timely delivery to each table. Meeting all food safety guidelines to ensure safety of our guests. Ability to meet special requests of guests while ensuring same high quality standards Requirements 1 year experience in a professional kitchen At least 1 year in a prep/line cook position Thorough understanding of health department regulations Understanding of how to operate expo screen Work in a fast pace environment Detail Oriented Ability to lift 25 pounds Ability to stand for 8 hours Work Location: One location Job Type: Part-time Pay: $14.00 - $16.00 per hour Expected hours: 15 – 24 per week Benefits: 401(k) matching Dental insurance Employee discount Health insurance Paid time off Vision insurance Work Location: In person
