We are seeking a motivated, relationship-driven Account Executive to join our Personal Injury and Imaging Diagnostics division. This is a true outside sales role focused on territory growth, referral relationship management, and business development within the medical and personal injury community. Compensation Base Salary: $70,000 + Commission & Bonus Opportunities Monthly Car Allowance Cell Phone Reimbursement Laptop Provided Position Overview Reporting to the Director of Sales & Marketing, the Account Executive will be responsible for developing and managing referral relationships throughout the assigned territory. The ideal candidate is proactive, self-motivated, and thrives in a field-based sales environment. Key Responsibilities Develop and maintain strong referral source relationships. Generate new business opportunities and grow existing accounts. Conduct in‑person meetings and territory visits daily. Serve as the primary contact for client relationship management. Partner with internal teams to support client satisfaction and service excellence. Track account activity, territory growth, and sales performance metrics. Assist with client concerns and account escalations as needed. Qualifications Outside sales, healthcare sales, business development, or account management experience preferred. Strong communication and relationship‑building skills. Ability to manage a sales territory independently. Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel). Valid California driver’s license and reliable transportation required.
