Job DescriptionHellas is seeking an accomplished Manager IT Services to lead our technological vision and infrastructure. This pivotal role requires seasoned leadership to oversee nationwide technology solutions. Responsibilities include optimizing user interfaces, managing database architectures, ensuring cybersecurity, and providing strategic IT direction for 1200+ users, telecommunications systems, a national computer network, and 20+ satellite offices. You will design, implement, and maintain IT systems, working closely with the business and the Group IT department to develop tailored solutions. The ideal candidate will have a strong IT foundation, a bachelor’s degree, and certifications such as AZ-104, MS-102, and MD-102.Responsibilities include but are not limited to:Design, implement, and maintain IT systems together with the Group IT department. Provide technical support to the business, troubleshoot issues, and ensure timely problem resolution. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement and optimize IT solutions. Conduct system assessments and recommend improvements to enhance performance and security. Stay up-to-date with the latest industry trends and technologies to provide innovative solutions. Manage hybrid IT environments encompassing on-premise and cloud servers, orchestrating seamless provisioning, maintenance, disaster recovery, and scalability strategies. Provide strategic leadership to IT teams, fostering innovation, managing budgets, evaluating technology partnerships, and driving vendor relationships. Oversee national-level telecommunications strategies and manage corporate cell phone policies, ensuring seamless communication capabilities for all office and field employees. Qualifications:Bachelor's degree in IT or a related field. Proven experience in IT Services and Support. Strong knowledge of Microsoft technologies and platforms. Certifications such as AZ-104, MS-102, and MD-102 are highly desirable. Experience with PaloAlto, HPE Aruba, Cisco are a pre. Excellent problem-solving and communication skills. Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a global multidisciplinary team environment. Proven experience in IT management, and strategic leadership roles managing small to medium size teams. Strong communication skills, with the ability to translate complex technical concepts into strategic business insights for diverse stakeholders.
