You’ll work apredictable weekday schedule, receiveclear work orders, and have the support and tools needed to do the job right. Pay:$20-$30/hour (based on experience) Schedule:Monday-Friday, 7:30am-3:30pm Support:paid training, company vehicle & tools, full benefits, purpose‐driven work What You’ll Do If that sounds like you, this is a hands‐on, independent field role supporting occupied residential properties. Complete daily work orders across multiple housing locations Perform repairs and maintenance in areas such as: Carpentry Plumbing Electrical Painting AppliancesTroubleshoot issues efficiently and make quality repairs the first time Prioritize work orders and manage your time independently Maintain a professional and respectful presence when working in occupied homesWhat We’re Looking For High School Diploma or GED 1+ years of hands‐on residential or building maintenance experience with consistent employment history Practical knowledge in two or more skilled trades Strong problem‐solving skills and ability to work independently Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and perform physical, hands‐on work Proven record of reliable attendance and completing work as scheduled Valid driver’s license (fewer than 6 points) and ability to pass a background check This Role Is a Great Fit For Someone Who: Has held steady maintenance or trade roles and values long‐term employment Takes pride in finishing work right the first time Shows up consistently and manages time independently Wants a predictable weekday schedule and stable, mission‐driven career About Inclusive Housing Resources Inclusive Housing Resources manages approximately 150 housing units across Hamilton, Butler, and Clermont counties, providing safe, supportive housing for individuals with developmental disabilities.
