Maintenance Technician

Southridge Commons is seeking a Maintenance Technician or Supervisor to care for a 113 unit conventional community on the south side of Lafayette, Indiana. The community is just 4 mid-rise buildings and was built in 2000. The community has only ever had one owner, and they are excited to put resources in to improve the property. We offer an on-call bonus and competitive benefits.We have recently taken over management of the community and have a fresh start with our wonderful residents. After we are stabilized, we anticipate around 2-3 work orders per day and approximately 5-6 apartments turns/make readies per month. This is a fabulous opportunity for someone who prefers a small team and to work independently.Job DescriptionA Maintenance Technician is responsible for keeping the property and resident apartments in proper working order. A Maintenance Technician should be able to correct basic to moderate issues in any area of the community and should deliver exceptional customer services to all residents and prospects.
