Key responsibilities include:\nEngage with cross-functional teams to elicit and document requirements from business stakeholders on systems and data needs.\nResearch, innovate and optimize business processes by identifying challenges and proposing project solutions.\nDevelop workflows and support configuration of enterprise solutions by project-specific requirements.\nUtilize Business Intelligence (BI) tools including Power BI or Tableau to analyze EHS&S data, specifically focusing on evaluating and controlling workplace hazards and identifying emerging risks.\nSupport core EMIS platforms (e.g. Enablon, Cority, Intelex, Velocity, Locus) and integrate specialized data/metrics.\nSupport AI driven projects for clients and internal APTIM projects.\nDevelop dashboards and reports that provide data-driven insights.\nSupport solution design, system configuration, data migration, and quality assurance for client software implementations.\nDesign and deliver training materials for both internal and client staff on system use and safe work practices.\nSupport client user acceptance testing, debugging, and delivery of patches.\nConduct software configuration migration from development and test platforms to production.\nDocumentation of as-built system configuration management.\nBasic Qualifications:\nEducation: Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or related field from an accredited program.\nExperience: A minimum of 4+ years of experience in data analytics, statistics, software support, programming, EHS or EMIS role, with a strong focus on software systems, programming, data analysis, and system management.\nRequired Technical Skills:\nProficiency in Microsoft Office Applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, SharePoint, OneDrive, etc.).\nTechnical Writing or Documentation: Ability to translate complex technical processes into user manuals or standard operating procedures (SOPs).\nAbility to elicit and document requirements from business stakeholders on systems and data needs.\nExperience with Business Intelligence (BI) tools including Power BI or Tableau to analyze data, build reports and dashboards.\nSQL database or SharePoint management.\nAdditional Desired Skills and Experience:\nExposure to Agile/Scrum: Understanding the lifecycle of software development (SDLC) to help with the \"configuration of enterprise solutions\" mentioned in the responsibilities.\nExperience in data analysis with SQL, advanced Excel functionality, and data visualization tools (Power BI, Tableau).\nExperience in EHS&S software (e.g., Cority, Enablon, Intelex, Sphera, VelocityEHS, or other leading EHS platform).\nFamiliarity with ESG Frameworks: Basic knowledge of Sustainability reporting standards (e.g., GRI, SASB, or GHG Protocol) as these often drive the \"why\" behind the data analytics.\nHTLM, .NET, C#, C++, Java, JavaScript, SQL, JSON, Rest API, XML, Python, CSS, or other programing language.\nAdministrator of software or technical understanding of software administration, settings tables, APIs and databases.\nWeb and mobile application development and testing experience.\nFoundational Knowledge of Data Modeling: Understanding how to structure relational databases for environmental reporting.\nExperience managing AWS, Google Cloud, Azure Cloud, or other cloud services is a plus.\nSSO protocols, AI, Machine Learning, or other system administrator experience.\nTravel & Language: Ability to travel up to 30%.
