Customer Reference Specialist
A company is looking for a Customer Reference Specialist responsible for managing and executing customer reference program operations.
Key Responsibilities
Manage and maintain the customer reference database for accuracy and usability
Fulfill reference requests from sales and internal teams in a timely manner
Track and report on reference request activity and program performance
Required Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in marketing, business, communications, or related field (or equivalent experience)
2-4 years of experience in marketing, sales support, customer success, or operations role
Strong organizational skills to manage multiple requests and deadlines
Experience working cross-functionally with sales or proposal teams
Proficiency in CRM or database tools and Microsoft Office
