We are seeking a Program Manager (Day Program) to join our team in our Warminster, PA location.\nEarn: $45,884.00-$51,466.00 (Based on experience) + Benefits\nSchedule: Monday - Friday 7am - 3:30pm (40 hours)\nThe Program Manager plays a critical role in the day-to-day management and oversight of the day program. Reporting to the Assistant Program Director or Director, this position is responsible for coordinating program activities, supervising program staff, and ensuring the delivery of high-quality services to program participants. Foster a positive and inclusive work environment that promotes teamwork and collaboration.\nResponsibilities Include:\nSupervise program staff, providing direction, guidance, and support.\nConduct regular staff meetings to discuss program goals, updates, and challenges.\nProvide training and professional development opportunities for staff members.\nDelegate tasks and responsibilities to staff, ensuring workload balance.\nAddress staffing issues, conflicts, and concerns in a timely and effective manner.\nAssist with individuals ADL needs as needed\nKeep storage areas and work areas clean and properly arranged.\nDirects the services related to the efficient operation of the multi-service program in coordination with Program Director and Asst.
