Diagnose and repair electronic, mechanical, and electrical components of these systemsTravel to job sites in service area and work with dispatcher to ensure schedule is maintained and delays are properly communicated to customerBe available to work nights or weekends, on a rotating basis, to service emergency needs of our customersMaintain good working order of company vehicle, equipment, and electronicsMaintain stock, parts, tools, and safety equipment in the vehicleDocument details of services and parts provided to customers electronically through iPad applicationsDiagnose diverse service issues, obtain any replacement parts, calibrate system to manufacturer’s recommendations, and be able to explain need for and value of recommended solutionsParticipate in company-provided training opportunitiesIdentify and report potential opportunities for additional business (new unit/ system, PM contracts, and additional services)High school diploma or GEDMinimum of 2 years recent experience as an HVAC/R field technicianMay require a Journeyman's License in some statesMay require state specific licensesEPA certification and a valid driver’s licenseStrong diagnostic and troubleshooting skillsAbility to read and interpret schematics and work plansBasic comfort with mobile apps and technologyA strong work ethic, positive attitude, and commitment to qualityWillingness to work overtime, weekends, or holidays when neededContinuously requires vision, hearing, twisting, and/or talkingAble to alternate between standing, sitting, walking, lifting, carrying, reaching, kneeling, pushing/pulling, bending, and crouchingAble to operate an iPad, cell phone, computer and/or other office/work-related machineryAble to stand for extended periods Able to travel as needed on daily basis Able to lift up to 100 lbs.Regularly requires climbingOccasionally able to work in office environment, as needed
