In this role you will perform engineering duties in planning, designing, and overseeing construction and maintenance of building structures and facilities, such as roads, railroads, airports, bridges, harbors, channels, dams, irrigation projects, pipelines, power plants, and water and sewage systems.\r\nWorkplace Culture\r\nBe part of the dynamic culture! Join us in office, three days a week to contribute, connect and excel in our vibrant environment.\r\nKey Responsibilities\r\nContract Management: Carry out a range of contract management tasks.\r\nEngineering Inspections: Provide technical support to inspections of the quality of engineering works and/or the integrity of existing installations or structures, and the remedial works needed in accordance with organizational standards and regulatory requirements.\r\nImprovement/Innovation: Implement improvements and provide feedback on them. Use change management systems and protocols to provide routine support services.\r\nProduct and Solution Development: Carry out a range of product development and engineering activities. Use established systems to analyze customer needs and define and deliver products.\r\nProject Management: Work within an established project management plan to achieve specific goals.\r\nEngineering Solutions Design: Implement feasibility testing of proposed engineering solutions, under supervision, to provide feedback and contribute to validation of the design.\r\nEngineering Standards Specification: Carry out a range of activities under the guidance of more senior colleagues to support the drafting of engineering standards and specifications and the evaluation of the effectiveness of those standards.\r\nKnowledge Management System: Help others get the most out of knowledge management systems by offering support and advice.\r\nPersonal Capability Building: Develop own capabilities by participating in assessment and development planning activities as well as formal and informal training and coaching; gain or maintain external professional accreditation, where relevant, to improve performance and fulfill personal potential.
