We are committed to \"Materials That Matter\" through our drive to achieve performance excellence in all that we do.\nKEY JOB DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES:\nWe are currently seeking self-motivated Operators for our manufacturing and production operation to join our growing facility located in Pine Brook, NJ\nAll Operators will be responsible for the following job functions:\nPreparation of raw materials, seeds, and hot zone components for crystal growth. Monitors and adjusts temperature, pressure, power and other process parameters.\nOperation of crystal growth, annealing, vacuum and other related technological equipment.\nAbility to read and understand engineering drawings and directives.\nMaintaining order and cleanliness in the crystal growth and charge preparations areas.\nParticipation in the equipment maintenance programs.\nParticipation in other duties as assigned.\nThe ideal candidate will have the following experience and requirements:\n1-2 years' experience preferred in a production environment.\nHigh School Diploma or equivalent is required.\nExperience with networked PC based computer systems. (Microsoft Office and Outlook)\nMust be technically inclined with mechanical skills.\nDemonstrated ability to follow instructions and procedures while offering suggestions for continuous improvement.\nDue to ITAR compliance, this position requires that a candidate be a U.S. citizen, Permanent Resident Alien, or Protected Individual per 8 U.S.C. 1324b(a)(3).\nThis job requires that an individual come into contact with raw materials, products, equipment / machines, software or technology controlled by the Export Administration Regulations or the International Traffic in Arms Regulations.
