Legal Receptionist

We are seeking a professional and highly organized Legal Receptionist to be the welcoming face and voice at our client's downtown Tampa office. In this pivotal role, you will ensure smooth office operations by managing receptionist responsibilities and providing various administrative support such copy, print, mail, hospitality, facilities and receptionist services. If you thrive in a professional business environment, possess strong technical acumen, and can provide elevated concierge style customer service we invite you to join the our dynamic team.Shift: 8:00am - 5:00pm; Monday - FridayPay rate: Up to $25.00/hr Essential Job ResponsibilitiesReception includes answering incoming telephone calls and routing to the appropriate person, greeting and announcing visitors in a friendly and professional manner, following security protocol for the office to ensure guests are registered prior to arrival, and performing other administrative duties as requestedHospitality Services includes coordination and upkeep of client conference rooms, common areas and kitchens. Inspect all conference rooms and guest offices to ensure they are clean, stocked with supplies, and ready for use. Place catering orders for meetings and events. Organize and distribute client kitchen supplies. Maintain inventory control and order supplies as neededAudio Visual (AV) Set-ups – Check AV set-ups in advance of meetings to ensure all equipment is working properly. Work with the help desk to troubleshoot technical issues.Floor Coordination includes the upkeep of copy rooms and stocking of general supplies, delivery of paper, and basic daily maintenanceCopy Services includes accurately producing copy, print and scan projects per written instructionsMail Services includes preparing outgoing packages, mailing labels, and applying metered postage to outgoing mail. Sorting, logging accountable packages, and distributing incoming mailFacilities Services may include hanging pictures, small office moves, cleaning services and communication with key client contacts regarding building/equipment concernsWorks independently on assigned production tasksHandles client complaints as they arise such as lost parcel, damaged packages, untimely deliveries and other similar situationsOther duties as requestedQualifications & RequirementsHigh School Diploma or GEDMinimum of 1-year professional level work experience in a production settingPrevious experience in a client service-oriented field, preferably as a ReceptionistWorking knowledge of PC applications such as Microsoft Office, especially MS Word, Outlook and ExcelAbility to multitask with attention to detailAbility to resolve issues with professionalism and tactAbility to lift or move 40 lbs. or greaterAbility to grasp, lift or carry packages on a standard wheeled cart with a load capacity of 75 lbs.Ability to walk, bend, kneel, stand or sit for an extended period of timeThe Compensation range for this role is up to 25.00 USD per hour and may be eligible for an annual bonus. Actual compensation within that range will be dependent upon the individual's location, skills, experience and qualifications.
