Adecco is recruiting for an Administrative Assistant for a client in Liverpool, NY. This position is temp-to-hire, paying $17-19/hour.Schedule is Monday through Friday from 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM.Position Overview:We are seeking a detail-oriented Administrative Assistant to support daily office operations in a fast-paced manufacturing environment. This role will involve front desk reception, data entry, customer support, clerical tasks, and general administrative assistance to multiple departments.Key Responsibilities:Answer and direct incoming phone callsGreet visitors and assist with front desk responsibilitiesPerform data entry and maintain accurate recordsAssist with order entry, billing, and document processingSupport customer service and office staff as neededMaintain filing systems and office documentationHandle incoming mail, packages, and deliveriesMaintain office supplies and assist with general office organizationQualifications:Previous office or administrative experience preferredStrong communication and customer service skillsExcellent organizational and multitasking abilitiesStrong attention to detail and problem-solving skillsProficiency with Microsoft Office programsAbility to work effectively in a fast-paced environmentAdvanced English reading, writing, and comprehension skills Pay Details: $17.00 to $19.00 per hour Benefit offerings available for our associates include medical, dental, vision, life insurance, short-term disability, additional voluntary benefits, EAP program, commuter benefits and a 401K plan.
