This role helps drive sales performance, ensures a high level of customer service, and maintains store visual standards and merchandising execution. The Assistant Manager assists with staff scheduling, training, and coaching, as well as overseeing opening and closing procedures and adherence to company policies. Additional responsibilities include monitoring inventory levels, managing stock replenishment, and contributing to local marketing and community outreach initiatives.
