Delivery DriverThis role involves operating an 18–24 foot box truck to deliver products to customer locations within an approximate 85–100 mile radius. You safely transport and unload inventory at each stop, interact professionally with customers, and ensure accurate, timely deliveries. You receive hands-on training by riding with an experienced driver and learn to use loading docks and ramps to complete daily routes efficiently and safely.ResponsibilitiesOperate an 18–24 foot box truck to deliver products to customer locations within an 85–100 mile radius.Drive safely and in compliance with all traffic laws, regulations, and company procedures.Load and unload the truck independently, including moving inventory on and off the vehicle using loading docks and ramps.Consistently lift and move items weighing 50 pounds or more throughout the shift.Verify delivery information, including addresses, products, and quantities, before departing and upon arrival at each customer site.Provide courteous, customer-focused service at every stop, answering basic questions and ensuring a positive delivery experience.Inspect the vehicle before and after routes to identify and report any maintenance or safety issues.Maintain a clean, organized truck and ensure inventory is properly secured during transit.Follow established route plans and schedules to complete deliveries on time.Participate in on-the-job training, including riding with an experienced driver for several weeks to learn routes, safety practices, and unloading procedures.Essential SkillsProven experience driving an 18–24 foot box truck.Valid CDL Class B license.Ability to consistently lift and carry 50+ pounds throughout the workday.Ability to load and unload products independently using ramps and loading docks.Strong customer service orientation and professional communication skills.Ability to work safely in both warehouse and on-the-road environments.Physical stamina and fitness to keep up with all job duties, including repetitive lifting and movement.Additional Skills & QualificationsPrevious experience in delivery, logistics, or route driving environments.Experience loading and unloading trucks, including organizing and securing inventory.Familiarity with basic inventory handling and verification.Comfort working with minimal supervision while managing time and routes effectively.Why Work Here?You join a team that values safety, reliability, and strong customer relationships.
